GIE Media is Hiring an IT Manager Near Valley, OH
IT Manager
GIE Media, Inc., a b-to-b media company serving a wide range of industries, is seeking an experienced IT professional. We demonstrate corporate leadership through the highest standard of business ethics and human principles in all areas of our business. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the IT field. This candidate will work with the team to troubleshoot tech support and server issues.
Administration of:
- Cellular devices
- Copiers, printers, and other peripherals
- cisco environment including routers, switches, firewall
- Microsoft 365
- Webex VOIP
- Active Directory
- Azure
- Security systems and cameras
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment
- Project management of major system and building upgrades
- Maintenance of inventory and ticketing systems
- Ongoing training of end-users
- Knowledgebase creation and maintenance
- Maintaining backups
Requirements:
- Experience with Windows 10 and Windows 11
- Understanding of both laptop and desktop support
- Ability to provide tech support to around 110 employees daily
- A 2-year or 4-year degree in the field
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize issues and project tasks
